At Each Mindful Day, we curate emotional wellbeing, educational workshops, in order to aid the maintenance of balanced nervous systems

Workshop portfolios have included:

'Stress and Anxiety'

'Nervous System Regulation'

We combine practices such as: journaling prompts, specialised knowledge, physical and mental healing rituals, meditation and breathwork to provide an engaging and interactive experience.

Open to corporate, educational and private clients.

We also provide parent/child 'Calm & Connect' workshops, facilitating emotionally open relationships in which to build from.

Private bookings/group workshops are available upon request.
