At Each Mindful Day, we collaborate with @healbylj to host emotional wellbeing workshops, in order to aid the inner healing of our clients.

Recent workshops have included:

'Healing your Inner Child'
'Full Moon Healing'

These have all been SOLD OUT workshops and great successes. Together, we combine practices such as: journaling prompts, specialised knowledge, physical and mental healing rituals, meditation and breathwork to provide an engaging and interactive experience.

We also provide parent/child 'Calm & Connect' workshops, facilitating emotionally open relationships in which to build from.

Private bookings/group workshops are available upon request.
