Breathe with Billie specialises in guiding clients through breathwork techniques for regulating the nervous system, as well for emotional healing.

At the foundation of every mindfulness practice, the breath is always with us and we can tap in to it at any time for balance, calm and presence of mind.  It is available to anyone- any age, belief, location etc and everyone can use it to better navigate life.

Breathwork is on the rise in the wellness field and has become an increasingly popular method of natural healing for trauma, chronic physical pain, anxiety and depression. It is a science backed modality that feels modern and fresh, despite being around for thousands of years.

​

It is a direct way to work with your body, whilst also tuning in to your emotions and spirit.  As a qualified breathwork facilitator, Billie has knowledge of a wide range of techniques to aid with any number of issues/requirements.

One to one clients are welcome, as well as corporate and educational workshops.
